Medical Emergency Relief International (Merlin) USA, Inc is an independent US non-profit organization. It shares the aims and objectives of Merlin UK and supports and funds many of Merlin UK's vital health care and medical relief programs and operations around the world.

Merlin USA is committed to saving the lives of  vulnerable people caught up in natural disasters, conflict, disease and health system collapse via this support.
