Merlin's People
From our drivers to our doctors, all of Merlin's 6,000-strong staff are motivated by the same goal: to serve some of the most vulnerable people around the world.
Today, Merlin reaches over 20 million people in 16 countries.
This would not be possible without the tireless efforts of these health workers and support staff - who remain undaunted and determined in their mission to bring health care to some of the world's toughest and remote places.
Their dedication is summed up in the words of Merlin's Dr Sadaf Naz in the days following the floods in Pakistan:
"I am a doctor because I have only ever wanted to treat people. Merlin's team was the first to reach many people. Working from the beginning of this crisis, I am tired – we are all tired. But we don't stop: people need us. I could not turn my back and I will not."
